The amount of times i go, it will average out at about £10 a year
It will take a huge celebrity like you mate to get me in there
Even if i am in the roped off area?
More like cordoned off.
I think one of the money spinners for the locker could be to use it as ISSA do when we go away. Most weekends there will be coaches on their way to Villa, Blues, Albion or Cov for whom a stop in Walsall would be perfect.
Also perfect for police. Far better to have three hundred Everton drinking in a non residential area’d warehouse half an hour up the road than have them wondering around Birmingham looking for a boozer.
Given the thirst many away fans have, it could generate tens of thousands a year. Take the benches and tables out, put the tellies on and just let them swill for a couple of hours.
But you don’t have to pay £5 , there are plenty of established options
Why is it , nobody is being forced to pay £5 , there are plenty of other options
Fair point but it’s still too much I’m not comfortable with the idea of fleecing away fans we wouldn’t like it ourselves.
I’m not comfortable with fleecing any fans when you start adding a charge to services you provide that fans are all ready paying for we’re does it stop .£2 extra for an end Seat ( more leg room ) £5 extra lower tier behind goal ,£2 booking fee at the ticket office if you phone .surcharge on your card under £5 spend .and on and on .
Not for away fans
Trivela want to improve the team in order to do this they need to increase revenue hence why they introduced the membership scheme, simple if you dont want to pay the entry fee there are other bars in the stadium to drink in. Regards to the away fans being fleeced couldn’t care less the money will be going into our coffers its not forced on them if they want to pay it they if they dont then they wont.
Nice!
All for one and one for all !
@Belphegor , we both know that you understand the logic behind this
I blame the government for putting asylum seekers in the hotel , used to be full of away fans on match days.
The Fullbrook will also be another option by next season.
Is the railway club a possible option for booked in away fans?
For the £30 membership fee I am expecting at the very least a Walsall Fan TV mug thrown in and Lee’s post match instant reaction including S&S Steelstock match rating and Leamore Windows player of the match.
You’d get banned for life for that croddy…
No way I’d pay a fiver to go in there based on the pictures I’ve seen.
I agree at the moment but when it’s finished it’s going to look like this Carlton Cub members room .so dont be to hasty .
THATCHER DRAWING ROOM
Anyone going in next Sat? Fancy a beer and a chat?
