Get a result on Tuesday against Crawley, whose form including at home is worse than ours, and that’s still W1 L1 D1 for February.
Still 5 games in February, 3 wins are needed at least to get us back towards the top 10.
Not saying we will but it’s a cert but it is possible.
More optimism and less acting like entitled Wolves fans required.

It’s that sort of weak mentality that is killing this club’s chances of getting out of this division. Content with mediocrity.
We need strong leadership and a winning mentality at the club. We have neither at present.
Still time for that to turn, but I just don’t see it.

Well, by not appointing a cheap option candidate; with no prior experience of how to build a winning mentality would be a start.
We literally had every different type of manager going in recent years. Two candidates who were rumoured for the job and considered better options than Sadler have worse win percentages than Sadler this season.
The acceptance of worse than mediocrity in league 2!!! By some people amazes me

The owners are fairly new, the foundations are only just being set, for that to suddenly translate to being a top 7 side on the pitch after, as you say, 5 years of rubbish isn’t fair.

If we would have sacked Sadler after the loss to Barrow and appointed Artell at the exact same time he was appointed at Grimsby, since then we’ve played 13 games:
Won 6
Drew 3
Lost 4
Scored 19
Conceded 17
Three of the four losses came against the number one form team in League 2, the team sitting 1st in League 2 and one of the best footballing sides in the entire country.

Another man everyone wanted here was Graham Alexander, got sacked by MK Dons after no wins in 8 games and has since gone to Bradford.
Won yesterday at Wrexham, but that was their first league win in 9.
Yes the reply to this might be “we’re 16th”, but it’s a league where 10 points seperate 18th and 7th, so you win two or three in a row and you literally jump up the table as all you need is just a little consistency, something we don’t quite have.

It’s not about types of manager, it’s an actual person you’re talking about here, it’s more complex than that.
Some teams are excellent at finding the right fit, some are no better than random (or worse). It’s the same as any company.
We need to get a lot better at finding the right fit and hiring effectively in a way that allows us to exceed our standing in the pyramid.
Teams do it and it’s a result of research, interviews, connections in the game etc. It’s unrealistic to expect a fan to just reel off a manifesto on a football forum.
