Never questioned trivela up til this point.
Everything seems to have improved around the club .However this is the season we need to see a big improvement on the players.not in quantity but quality for me .
Still plenty of time . No need to stress about it yet. I expect good things soon
Is that for the statement signing Belph or too many drinks in the sun?!?
I think you know the answer to that one
Hope so mate because there really should be plenty of money in the pot.
Sounds like the lad is being offered to almost anyone, feel for the lad, his agent must be on the phone to every tom dick and harry and he is just the pawnā¦
Aināt this Tabor gooin to Swindle, why would anybody come here for hoofball Sadler
Lassie would struggle chasing hoofball every week
Not that I think thereās anything in that but the bloke was never really given a chance here signed by Matt Taylor and Flynn didnāt want him for whatever reason and he was injured when we signed him.
Weāve had far worse.
That means we will have bought him, let him go for nothing, then bought him again.
Not a great business model.
I heard this rumour the other day
Youāve got to be having a laugh
If weāre signing Rodney, and we already have Dave and Uncle Albert, could we tempt Dele (Del-Boy) Alli back home?
Notts County were said to be after Jesse Lingard, so you never know.
Mind you, weāll probably end up with only fools and horsesā¦
Game changer incoming! And I donāt mean a 40-year old central defender!!
Why would we do that?!! It would be a crazy move to spend £100k on a striker we let go for nothing. There are better options out there if we are looking to splash the cash, like George Miller for one.
It could trigger a glut of incoming strikers !
George Miller is up for transfer because his wages are high, not because Cheltenham donāt want him.
Rodney would not be a terrible signing because he can play anywhere across the front three and he has proven that he is over his injuries now.
Iām also going to put it out there that the Walsall Board and Sadler will have learnt a lot from their mistakes last season and it is possible that the managerās steely resolve will bring about improvements over the whole season, based on squad rotation and a more balanced squad to avoid future burnout.
I hope you are right, but based on everything we saw, and how they let it all fall to shit over an extended period, there is nothing to suggest this will be the case.
Iād agree thereā¦
It was a very long bad run and itās almost unbelievable that a young and supposedly, knowledgable coach couldnāt work out a way to stop itā¦
We have to hope that lessons were learnt and given the fact that the board has decided (seemingly) they are going ahead into next season with MS at the helm, anything other than a decent start and heāll be under huge pressure very quicklyā¦
