Because since then they’ve done what everyone suggested we needed for about two months and brought in a couple of strikers and a midfielder

Fair enough, we can agree to differ. But you do not deal with my point which was that from my viewpoint against Huddersfield he was in the game a lot more, and made better use of the ball than Earing, who was in the equivalent position on the left.
That is obvously just a subjective opinion, and I do not have stats to back it up, but I did make a point of noticing each time Earing and Maher were involved.

I’m guessing he’ll be the player to unlock opposition that sit in and make it difficult like Tranmere did.

I’m flabbergasted that Hall is playing in league two. 
If / when fit, he would walk into any league two team and represents an incredible signing!

Just had a modest 25 quid each way at 25’s with Betfair and upped my spread on the points by another 15 a point at 67.5 ( six and a half points higher than my first stake after only 3 games)

It’s a variable bet as opposed to fixed odds. Basically you win / lose a multiple of your stake for every point either side of the position you set the bet at.
