Uncle Albert Signs

Indeed :rofl::rofl:

Happy with this.. only concern is why has it took so long to agree a deal, i would just be letting all the ooc leave now if they havent agreed

This is great news…a really important boost at this stage of the pre-season. We all know he’s going to make some more memorable moments…!

I’d rather have him supplying the crosses and not on the end of them.

Done deal for a least a week. Coms team are controlling releases to maximise the exposure and to get impact across various media channels

Yes, mid day on a Tuesday. Optimum :joy:

Looking forward to us having a bad start then?

:face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth: Oh

Glad he’s agreed to stay. Great player when utilized properly.

If only that were likely.

I’m really pleased that Albert has decided to stay for another year but I hope MS doesn’t use him out of position.

Where Adomah plays will be an early indicator of whether Trivela and Sadler have learnt anything.

I hope they have, time will tell.

Sadler will do what he wants

We’ve bought our season tickets now so like it or lump it

Sadler doesn’t care.

I think Sadler will be gone by October. Even a mixed start will have him under pressure.

Let’s remember there were no home wins from February 15th up to the Chesterfield play off game and some diabolical performances. Will only take one such home game in August and they’ll be a mini riot towards him.

It is something Trivela have got wrong. However change of manager in October and there is still 35 games to get in the right third of the league with a competent replacement so actually not too concerned.

Or Sadler stays by replicating a similar start to last season although I think that is very unlikely for many reasons.

If we are top 10 in the table / in the play off mix he won’t be going anywhere. I was a bit puzzled by you saying you hoped to have a new manager in, which I took as being you hope we do shit so he gets sacked.

Also, there aren’t usually that many good managers looking for work in October.

The only way he stays, is if he gets off to another flyer. The main media (and social media) negativity has been huge about our failure, so the owners will know about the feeling.
Regardless of the views on Trivela, they will not want a mutiny. Huge pressure from the off.

Keeping Sadler is Trivela’s biggest cock up. Other than a flying start and the pressure from the fans will increase. A bad start and it will be very toxic very quickly and I can see us looking for a replacement before Christmas.

could be before september considering how the fans have never really taken to him even when we were doing welll and the disastrous collapse last season!!!

He’s still gorra gew Franksie.
