Can’t go tomorrow which I am gutted about. I think it’ll be key in terms of getting the fans back on board. We have some tasty fixtures coming up at home we need all fans on board for.
I predict a 1-1.

I do not think it is whether there is one or two up front, it is more to do with the attitude of getting forward. Against County in the second half, we had Hutch just off Draper, with loads of players involved in the attacks, including DD. Personally. I like having two up front, with a 442 as with Graydon but the game has changed a lot since those days, even in League 2.

No one rolls over and lets you tickle their bellies in football so it will be a tough game but we’re looking forward to a home league game in front of our supporters.
“I urge everyone to come up and get right behind us on Saturday because, as every League Two game is, it will be a hell of a battle, it will be incredibly tough and it will be a scrap at times. We are going to have to be high energy, front foot and giving absolutely everything to win the game and we’ll need everyone to come with us on that.”
[/quote]let’s hope he issues a similar battle cry in the dressing room pre match
Let’s stop taking the the fans for granted we’re at home let’s give our supporters a performance something to lift them and cheer about .
“I urge everyone of you to run your self into the ground give absolutely everything for them the fans who spend there hard earned cash to support you at a very expensive time of the year for them .so get out there and do it for them .because we need everyone of them with us .
All I ask is that we put a team out that is set up for a win and not give Tranmere the chance to even think they can get something from the game.
Sick of watching negative defensive football at home, we should be going for the win each and every game imho.
Especially as i have paid over 20 quid for a ticket
I know you have mucka , like so many others, and I’m being deadly serious for a change… if the club want you, and many others to come and support this team again they need to make the football entertaining and exciting, which it is a million miles away atm.
When i watch it on Ifollow and it is mind numbingly boring, i can turn it off, but tomorrow i can’t even walk out cus i am having a lift with you
I imagine with Chunk being there tomorrow, it’ll all be a blur by tomorrow night. Wish I could join you all but for penance, I’ll watch it sober and let you know how it unfolded
Adkins has steadied their ship. He has also established Blackpool loanee Rob Apter in the team - a young man with a big future, scoring from midfield and who recently found his way into the EFL League 2 team of the week.
Surely our diversity policy says we should do concessions for midgets
Can we win three in a row? Let’s face it, it’s been a while since we’ve seen that.
I hope MS will do the right thing and play two up front, Freddie and DJ would be my preference.
Not to mention winning three straight games would be a huge boost to the confidence in the squad.
The question is which Walsall team will show up tomorrow? The side that beat Gillingham so handily or the team who were so dreadful against Barrow, I sincerely hope it’s not the latter one.
We’ll see tomorrow at 3pm (9am here).
Oh no don’t start him Belg …
You would think MS would be doing the right thing too and playing his best team and chance of a win as he is obviously under extra scrutiny from the new owners.
Even some of our own fans blame the fans for our underperformance shall we call it. I’m not sure if they include themselves in that or if they have some superpowers. I did ask for a supporters guide from someone last week but they didn’t respond, unfortunately.
Maybe Sadler could provide one to be handed out on entrance, being more specific about what he would like. I could provide him with some of the sacrifices our family has made over recent years to follow Walsall, maybe it would be an eye-opener, or maybe he just wouldn’t care, I am guessing the latter.
I’m going for a 3-1 Walsall win and decent performance to boot after increased confidence from our back to back wins. UTS.
To play very much devil’s advocate, they would argue this would be when they need us the most!
Block 1 army can’t wait there ready with their rendition of hi ooooh
I do agree with that, was it Harrogate that beat us 1-0, when the fans started booing when they scored?
I don’t agree with that, but I do understand it.
I think the big problem is that we have been so bad, so boring for so long that it is so difficult to be positive in bad moments. I don’t think it makes us bad supporters. The players can’t really understand this, I wouldn’t expect them to, it’s not their fault what has gone before but what has gone before is definitely playing a big part.
The thing is though that is when the fans would get behind teams of the past who gave us something to shout about and be inspired for.
Can’t expect fans to do the same after season after seasons of pure shite.
A hard fought down in the trenches 2-0 victory, the Bescot rocking to Wish it could be Christmas everyday
Up the football league we go
Weve got this
