- a back up CB
- securing DJ
- if Bennet goes back a replacement

We?
Going from his other recent posts, maybe his and Mrs Crod’s genital hair styles gives then Brazilian nationality?

Good to meet you last night Ernie - another face put to a UTS username. Hope to see you at other games you can get to (at least Grimsby?)
For those of you who haven’t seen him, think benelovent Bond villain with a grey V For Vendetta style Guy Fawkes beard.
Far too flattering
Good to meet you too Andy.
Although I’m busy trying to convince the world that Pierce Brosnan has styled himself on me…
And as for you…

El N’s answer
Improvements on what we had really? Not seen anything to suggest they are better than Kiernan, Osedebe and Rushworth to be honest.
And whose mentioned promotion? Certainly not me! I was telling you this season was going to be shite months ago and was told I was being negative! Now I’m upset because my expectations of promotion aren’t being met?! Don’t think so. I just see no improvement where we actually matter, ie quality and depth.
It’s all about “context”
Very sad news indeed. It’s always heartbreaking when you lose someone close but especially just before Christmas time.Thoughts and prayers are with their family and friends through this difficult time.
Context being we also signed Timmy Abraham, a loanee that didn’t even make the month, Comley who’s a poor version of Kinsella and our out and our strikers probably goes back last month. Oh and I absolutely stand by the Evans Vs Rushworth one. It’s not even close.
I think Flynns worked wonders with what he has (because we made more than one signing you see). Like you say “context”.
Bradford losing, we’re 3 points off 4th
Bradford now 2-0 down at Orient - and it’s 3 points off 5th, I think…
(and as things stand, we have a better goal difference than Bradford City, Barrow, and Swindon Town)
4th-7th is all of a muchness - just determines the order of your home and away legs in the playoffs really.
Of more interest, 8 points off 3rd place and we’re not halfway yet. Expect one or more of those up there to have a wobble before the seaon’s over.
I’m actually quite excited for the second half of the season now we’ve moved up the table a bit and our performances have improved.I’m intrigued to see how our January transfer business goes and I hope we come out the end of it slightly stronger than we enter it because we may have a decent chance of playing a part in proceedings well inside the top half at this rate.
Orient are going to take some catching with them being 14 points ahead of 4th as we speak, also Stevenage have put a decent gap between them and those below them so it’s looking like the last automatic place could have to be fought for by quite a few teams.Long way to go yet mind.
Gillingham 0 Salford City 1 (54 min) … puts us down to 9th place.
EDIT … now 0-2 (61 min) and 0-3 (75 min)
Leyton Orient now 3-0 up at home to Bradford City
This is nice to see…
Reassuring that at times, I do indeed speak sense
Salford cruising now against a Gillingham side that look like they are going to struggle.Wonder how many we’ll take there next week.
Close to 1000 i reckon
