How can a Spectator see things so differently from an Observer?
Iām announcing a Kinsella truce.
Agree we need to be brutal, and on that note I can see youāve left Monthe out. By error or design?
Expert
Iām afraid itās the Times we live in.
Heās out of contract I think?
I reckon he will be off.
Would you give him a contract?
After deliberating, no.
Iām torn on Wilko if heāll accept less money and possibly a one year deal Iād be tempted to keep him heās definitely got ability one of the most technically gifted players in the squad I reckon. Also we shouldnāt forget he turned up to Ryan Harveyās funeral even though he was told not to by the club top bloke whatever happens.

That agreeing didnāt last long ![]()
I agree. He seems a really sound fella, in contrast to some of the things Iād heard about him
Like you, I am torn on this. Rationally though, I think we need someone who can fit into the team structure rather than have the structure developed to suit him.
Might facilitate a move to 4 at the back.
I canāt see Monthe staying here, maybe a lower end League 1 club like a Burton?
Again, an enigmatic player. I appreciated him when he played for Tranmere, particularly the game where he had Adebayo in his pocket, but having watched him for a couple of years I can see his flaws too and understand why, given his attributes, he hasnāt risen above League One.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it but Stevens was unfortunate not to bag a goal today - the deflection look it just wide.
To me he is improving game by game.
How can anyone say hutch is bad but rate any of our other players have literally no idea about football
You donāt win matches with 11 kinsellas or Williams abilities but 11 players of hutch quality in their respective positions and we walk this league
People who put effort above talent astound me
I donāt pay to watch a hard working old man try his best and fail , we love footbal for the moments of magic the goals and the excitement that brings
Took my son to his first game yesterday, so glad we won and he loved every minute. Had his picture taken with Riley at the end, fair play to Riley it was lashing it down and he stayed around and plenty got autographs/photos. On another note Iāve attended 6 games this season and weāve won all 6, lucky charm. Usually I have the opposite luck.
I thought we were decent yesterday and deserved to win. Motm for me was Comley, broke up play all afternoon. Closely followed by Daniels who was excellent. Think the comments about Williams are a tad harsh, thought he was okay yesterday and did a job. Hopefully we can bring Johnson in, in the summer as natural goalscorers are hard to get at this level and get rid of a few.
Iāve been really impressed with Comley over the last few games, think heās been brilliant. Hopefully he can keep it up into next season because I didnāt really think much of him first half of the season.
He has been quite superb for the last 6 weeks his positional sense is a joy to watch. Him, Hutchinson and Riley have the makings of a top 7 midfield at this level with Maddox in there as good competition, offer a little bit of everything.
Really looking forward to the debrief today nice to be able to dissect a good performance and a comfortable victory. Will also be looking forward to the summer and which players we should retain and release. Does anyone have a definitive list of out of contract players this summer?
