Can’t wait for the ‘Chris Hussey’s New Job’ thread :joy:
It’s going to be amazing when people find out his new job.

Please be General Manager of the reopened Saddlers Club.

And people are still missing the point it seems.

I’m sure it will be announced here.

This really isn’t a huge loss to the team, I’m a little surprised about the outrage.

My only issue would be is how the club replace him, more poor business for me.

No no no I get your point. You think he’s unprofessional. I think you’re completely wrong. Get it?

Master of sport science? Impressive qualification. There was me thinking he and his family would be living hand to mouth for the rest of their lives without taking this one in a lifetime opportunity!

So where’s the outrage? If you get my point you wouldn’t be getting all upset :man_shrugging:

Thanks, I’d like to say they were my words but I copied them from this source.
Geordie mentioned about paradoxes, on another thread, and I found an article about some everyday ones.

Do you work for forensics you seem to analyse and debone everyone’s texts and find a contentious point in them put your own spin on it and start taking the piss you can’t have the ball all the time

What did Tom say? When I see something ridiculous I point it out?

Yeah, that.

Wtf are you on about. I think your point is utter bollocks. You should know, you “call people out” enough for that kinda thing.

You’re desperate

I would add another one, pertinent to this and many other “debates” on this and other sites:

“Having the last word in an argument doesn’t mean you have won it. It usually just means that you have bored everyone else away”

Honestly the fact you keep mentioning money and how he must have enough of it is really discrediting any other point you may be trying to make (without success imo).

Between this thread and the Temperatures thread there is a lot of going round in circles today

Get pissed, travel the world for a year or two, get a job in an unrelated field. Or was that just me?

18. The more convinced someone is that they’re right, the less they probably know. There’s a direct correlation between how open a person is to differing perspectives and how much that person actually knows about any given subject. Or as the philosopher Bertrand Russell once said: “The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.”

THIS!

So true. Man wants to feed family after being giving an option to change careers away from a job that is short lived, not brilliantly paid unless you are in the upper echelons and is very close to the average retirement age anyway and is getting criticised for looking after his families future.

Some of the arguments in this thread make me think if someone died whilst in post at an everyday job it would be seen as unprofessional.
