Confidence in Trivela?

We have been far too patient in my opinion.

And most of this time was spent coaching/ overseeing the development team! Hatswell was the main first team coach on the training ground.

Voted not sure ….As that is the way I feel at the moment . I really am 50/50 as to the intentions of BB and his team.
I still have hope that things will get better but am equally as worried things could get worse.
Like many have said his letters and communication come across well but are so vague and don’t give you what you want to really know which is the most disappointing thing for me .
Postivety is at an all time low for many . So BB surley has to produce some aces from somewhere.
On the whole i will reserve my judgment for a few weeks more .

5/1 to make the playoffs.

Whilst everyone at WFC seems to be still on holiday given the silence coming out of The Poundland Bescott Stadium, other clubs in our division are not putting their feet up.and are doing everything they can to get the right blend of professionals behind the scenes

We don’t need people like that. We have Dan and he works hard and can put on football games at a football ground.

Don’t knock “two games”!

It’s quite early in the tenure of of Trivela to know whether success is just around the corner.
There have been positives, the freehold being the main one but the appointment of Mat Sadler is risky due to his lack of experience but we will have to wait and see what the outcome is.
The biggest concern for me is the lack of news as regards recruitment of players for the new season.
I’m sure all will be revealed over the coming weeks but at the moment it feels like the starting gun has been fired and we’re still in the starting blocks.

Quite a bit of uncertainty

Understandable. I ticked confident because I seen nothing so far to undermine that view but the next 2 months are key.

Setting out the results in order and rounding to the nearest percentage :

Very confident 14%
Confident 26%

Not sure 20%

Not confident 25%
Very worried 15%

It shows that the 106 respondents are very evenly divided.

I was erring on the 20% not sure as being more negative than positive to be honest

When we finally win a few games, I’m sure it might change.

Please explain this…‘win a few games’ Some may need a refresher course about what this means…

Or even just a few decent signings. As I’ve put somewhere else, my worry is whether Sadler has enough about him to attract the players we need on the back of a dreadful season. We look more like a club ruining people, with the odd exception of course.

So if our first few signings are decent players through the door then I’ll be feeling a lot better.

I think it would also ease a few more worries when the calibre of the backroom staff are revealed

Thanks for voting

Seems evenly split between pessimists and Optimists.

Trivela claim to want success but haven’t really changed the previously unsuccessful regime or set-up.

Fingers crossed Jordan can recruit some playing talent this summer and Sadler can quickly find a winning formula on the pitch….or it could be curtains

They’ve got rid of 5 of the 8 directors of the business in their first year, so it looks like they’ve changed more than people are saying.

The only ones left are the employees, who they can’t actually sack for no reason, they either do more than it appears, or they’re being slowly managed out (given tough targets which they either hit or lose their jobs).

You must be blind if you think that.
