D 0-0 vs Forest Green Rovers (H) - League Two - Sat 25th Nov, 3pm

I think I’ve been pretty balanced in all situations to be honest but hey ho

You’d certainly point out the positives in the performance and demonstrate how that proves your opinion of Sadler to be well founded and the opinions of others to be misplaced. It’s a forum, that’s how it tends to work.

He genuinely believes Sadler is unsackable.

Why does he beleive The club will back a pe teacher / estate agent to the extent that even Trivela as a company start to lose massive amounts of money because of their mistake .

Its completely bizarre

I’m going bold here and saying we won’t lose to Alfreton, meaning Sadler will be here until at least the 3rd round game (especially if a plum draw) which I believe is on 6th Jan. If we exit the cup then and our league position is still the same as now, they will pull the trigger. The concern then is if it takes 3 weeks to interview and appoint a new manager we risk going into the rest of the season with the same squad.

If we get to the 4th round, which I think is held at the end of Jan, then exit the cup and they decide enough is enough, we are asking a new manager to make a silk purse out of a sows ear.

Your loyalty is admirable but its misguided

I don’t know. I think he could be but he has to be given a chance. I am sure you don’t write off your students in less than 6 months!!

We don’t let them on the course in the first place

Sadler should never have been appointed. Absolutely abysmal decision.

Employers up and down the land regularly do, it’s called a probation period, in fact some only give 3 months to gauge whether you are up to the job.

I generally do point out positives but I will always do that since my style is to encourage and praise rather than the opposite.

Completely Saddled seems to believe Trivela will lose even our league status in their loyalty to support this idiot. Wonder what his logic is

The more I think about it, the more I think BB wrote those letters to appease the supporters, and pre-empt the widespread apathy over the appointment.

If sadler is sacked they will just give it to rob Williams or byfield after a thorough 4 week recruitment process anyway

The thing is though @WalsallOne, it’s almost easier to be more patient in League One. We really don’t have any room for error. The table is a very worrying one, especially when you consider we’ve only taken two points from three very winnable home games.

Next two league games are away at Barrow and Notts County, which could quite easily be two defeats and then we really are in deep trouble. You make a good point about the inexperience in the side, which can have benefits, but are they going to have what it takes to flip this momentum when the going gets tough? I’m really not sure.

Trivela are to blame cheap option again no ambition as usual at this club.quick enough securing assets though and sorting the saddlers club out if thats what we want as fans then we have come to accept dross on the pitch as the norm.

I know that having spent 30 years as a Personnel Officer and if I were managing Sadler I would be pointing out where he could improve rather than telling him to go.

So your expecting a chairman to tell a manager of a team your playing the wrong tactics, formation , your training schedule is wrong etc

What would happen if you found out your employee had jacked off a horse in the sorting office?

Pat on the back?

Hmm.

No I’m not calling anyone out based on what formation at all, you misunderstood me….i just don’t want to get involved in a debate regarding tactics when many on here are even misunderstanding the basic formation we used….or changed to…

That’s not to excise or discuss the performance and I was as disappointed as anyone else with it.
