Still not sure what another managerial change will achieve, do we just keep changing managers every 3 months until we find some sort of consistency.

There is incremental progress!! Not on the pitch but loads off it thatāll all add up eventually.
For the large part, the actual football is betterā¦even if results arenāt. Itās still better than what we saw most of last seasonā¦but there will always be performances that arenāt.
The backroom team and staff changes are an improvement and offer a better set up than one man and his dog controlling everything.
The expectation was to get out this league for all the managersā¦ā¦I wanna know why Sadler has more chance of itā¦ā¦
I donāt even know what being labelled an accelerator even means or who said it and whenā¦.nonsense terminology in football.
And maybe youāre one of them!

Thatās a very moving and touching post which will resonate with so many posters on this website. Iām glad you were all able go to the match today and remember all the good times your father experienced following the Saddlers; we all tend to forget those bad times, we just carryon going because thatās what we do as Walsall fans. Iāll raise a glass to your dad tonight and Iām sure heād be happy you did just that.

Yeah maybeā¦.but in the main itās in a positive and constructive sense even if Iām moaned at for going into it too in-depth!!
Thing is, someone saying āSadler Outā isnāt necessarily negative or destructive, itās just at odds with your perspective.

Iām in this boat too.
Would love him to do well, itās frustrating because there are signs that we could be further up the table, but there are just too many holes in the squad which seem to get bigger after every game because we arenāt getting results.
Feel like the FA Cup is what is keeping him in the job at the moment with the potential 3rd round and prize money on offer, lose that and i canāt see him being here much longer.
