And he was one of the best players on the pitch! Reminded me a bit of Mini Preece. I can’t believe they took him off. For a team fighting to stay in the football league, they have some good players. I think they’ll stay up.

It destabilised the Team on a good run. There was no need to take Jackson smith out the side. Terrible use of subs again by Sadler. The midfield was clearly the problem. Why not try something different with Stirk and Tierney. I like Comley but he wasn’t very good today and Earing was virtually anonymous

Just watched the highlights. For their goal, what’s Knowles doing? Back in the day, imagine what a captain like Souness would have done if Phil Neal was feigning injury instead of trying to clear the ball! Playing alongside Knowles would drive me potty if I was a teammate.
