FA Cup Round 2 Draw v Alfreton (a)

I would take Hutton too.
If we do get a jackpot 3rd round draw, (Yes, I know, Alfreton have to be beaten first!) I would also ask MK Dons about Kemp, who is on loan at Swindon, now that would upset Swindle fans …

Counting chickens and pay day loans there.

3,000

I agree. Forget Maidstone and it’s perm 4 from five. I fear we’ll still miss out though. There surely has to be a London club televised.

Hopefully we can all get a ticket for this one :grinning:

Chesterfield v Leyton Orient fills that doesn’t it? And there has to be a big interest in the spirites after them beating Pompey.

I’m inclined to agree but we really should be able to reach the third round again and get the extra money. We certainly cannot complain about the draw.

Have to wait till the 5th round when we draw Man Utd at home who will be hovering just above the relegation zone and us 1pt off automatic after the Sheppey win set us off on a fantastic run of form.

Look to be in reasonable form according to their league position:

Yep will not be easy .They are a good team at that level.

Agreed. It would be a tad embarrassing if Rushall were to beat them on the 14th and we then lost in the Cup. Would that make the 'Pics the best team in Walsall?

There were only four games chosen for television broadcast last season in round two and they were announced on the 9th November. It says each side received 60K for being shown live.

Last time we were there for a pre-season game, I was chatting to Kevin Wilson on the way on. He was taking in the game as he’s fairly local and doing a bit of scouting for his agency.

How much Alfreton?

Suppose it all depends on how many tickets they think they can sell to their own supporters as regards to our allocation for the game.

Some terrible finishing by Charlton, but they could have lost in the end. Forward played the wrong ball for CV.
