Not a big development but there are newish houses opposite.

Yes 44 miles even a Dawson coach could make that journey.

According to the brother - in - law the segregation means we’ll get the full away end. 200 Worthing fans had the whole end to themselves yesterday leaving the home fans locked out of the bar and two sets of toilets they normally get to use for unsegregated matches.
I will be gutted if our allocation doesn’t get past season ticket holders having wanted this tie for a couple or three decades. I’d sooner be with the away fans than slumming if with my b.i.l. in with the home fans.

Steady on my wife is from Ofton :joy:. Although I guess, she must have been a bit weird to marry me.

Cheers yes recognise it now

My missus went to Morts secondary in Alfreton so I have a bit of leeway with mocking the place.

Could be worse, could be Heanor…

Fair enough. My missus went to Morts as well - must be something about the place that makes them so discerning. Her grandparents were from Heanor :joy: … but yeah that place is a real dive.

Charlton manager made 11 changes and that’s always a gamble against lower league opponents in the FA Cup.I have to say that when you see some of the results from the weekend it makes our result and performance look very good.

Don’t know to be honest, was too busy looking for the pub to notice what was on the other side of the road! It’s on the A61 on the right hand side heading north if that helps. Decent ales and good value pub food.

I don’t think you will get in for a fiver! :sob:

I am amazed he has an "away’ history which will be needed to get a ticket if there are any left after the Season Ticket holders have had their quota.

He’ll get his imaginary friends to supply him with imaginary tickets again.

Lol steveo. Imaginary friends. Redefine as season ticket holders who

A) Have no poor bugger other than me to utilise the fiver initiatives
B) Don’t want to go to Alfreton and will more than happily let someone else use their space.

This is Walsall.:rofl:. It never has and never will be the issue to get tickets that some on here would have you believe!
