Lowe spoke so well after the game, clearly a clever kid. even said “we need to move the ball around better” I nearly fell off my chair. Only one game but I’m hugely impressed by tonight. I thought we had a soft underbelly but going 2-0 down after missing a pen and coming back to win isn’t a team with a soft underbelly. I’m hopeful for the season. UTS!

Think lowe is quality hope he gets games from saddler and not matt flash partnership. Only area i worried about is second choice keeper as he was poor. Good result lets hope for a good draw even though i dont like the new set up for the draw, my money is on getting morecombe even though i want newcastle or Tottenham first choice then any premier league team.
Lowe has to be the first name on the team sheet for me and surprised no one has mentioned how good weir and Williams played as well we have a really excellent squad and everyone is pushing for a place in the team it’s looking good for now and fans giving up on Lowe when he missed them two chances give young players a feckin chance this kid worked is knackers off for the team tonight and is going to be some player in the future

Surely…surely even he can’t revert to “counterring” Flynnball by reverting to type and picking Matt and Gordon to start, and a midfield based soley on having a scrap rather than one which can scrap but also create a better opportunity to win a football match at home??
This is a great opportunity for Sadler to learn and progress.Over to him.

Thought Weir did really well at LCB although needs to get closer when marking on crosses.
Liam Gordon excellent.
Lowe has to start instead of Matt. 4 shots on target excluding the penalty plus the chance in the 1st half. His mobility and pace adds another dimension to our attack.
I thought the game changer was Lakin for Stirk. Lakin far more forward thinking. Brilliant pass for Adomah to cross for the 2nd. Could Lakin in the centre be the key?
A word on the red card. Slightest of touches, Earing had lost the ball. Yes it was a red card but if Earing had the ball under control he wouldn’t have gone down.

Delighted with the way the season has started , sure a blip against Tranmere in the past league match but even then i wasnt too dissapointed because the boys put in a brave performance they were playing with belief it just wasnt our day against Tranmere it happens to the best teams in the world.
Tonight was a massive performance if only for the boost of confidence alone. Many teams going a goal down to higher opposition would of buckled or shut up shop too try and keep the score as low as possible not these boys they went for the jugular didnt hold back and got what they rightly deserved
Stirk is looking like he can easily move up a league and Lowe should be a guaranteed starter on saturday hes going to be brimming with confidence what a debut

Glad you mentioned Williams and Weir .Both excellent tonight and that is the difference this year. We have strength in depth in nearly every position. Huddersfield are no mugs but even before they went down to 10 we matched them. Time for the doubters to get on board and join in the fun because this season is going to be just that .
We have a squad who give everything. We are not going to win every time but they will put the effort in and deserve our support.

Great Win, took my 8 year old for his first Tuesday night under the lights, the shock on his face when we actually came back to win!
I tell you what, Lowe was getting come abuse from the Huddersfield fans, and has a bit of a mare, missing a sitter, pen and seemed to be slipping everywhere, saying that he didn’t look terrible at all. Once he got his first goal he seemed to come out of his shell and you could tell he is a different level. He can bring the ball down, press, run the channels, reminds me of when we signed Draper and had a more complete forward.
I think we are going yo see some big things from him this season!
