I see that Sky report the third as an OG. I was in line with Gordon’s shot, it was on target and the goal should rightly be his.

It certainly did but if shot is on target it is usually credited to the shooter. Not that bothered…it went in and we won

Watched this in Warsaw. Strangely, the locals haven’t heard of this ‘little town in Poland’.

Few thoughts:
Weir is very quickly coming on and getting better each time I see him, looked very comfortable tonight.
RAM similar, starting to contribute a little more each time he gets a chance.
You could play Alb wherever you liked and he’d still shine, still a class above.
Squad depth looking really solid now, good bench tonight even with 3 or 4 faces missing.
The Flash resigning looks much better now he’s not the main reliance of goals. Perfect for that last 30 tonight, you can’t say enough about his assist for the 2nd and easily could have had another.
Lakin really showed his class when he came on, hopefully gets him going.
Lowe is raw but what a player he looks, didn’t give them a second, always showing for the ball, confident in his ability. Very promising start.

Really enjoyed both cup games against league one opposition. It’s been 2015 I think they said since we beat higher division opposition and we’ve done it twice. we look fitter this season all credit to the management team. I thought Huddersfield thought they’d won it when they went 2 up and probably should have done a Tranmere and basically drag us down, slow it down and make it ugly. Ok yes it was against 10 men but their goal came against the run of play really.
It has to be Gordon and Lowe upfront doesn’t it? I also thought Lakin was excellent in Stirk’s position but I also thought Stirk had a good game. The subs really did make an impact and credit Sadler for making them early in numbers. Love Adomah, what a class act. I could go through the team tbf like Sadler does. Love a comeback me.
Starting to get the feeling this could be a good season and boy do we deserve one. We’ll see Saturday but it’s a game I’m really looking forward to, can’t say I’ve felt that in a while.

I thought Lowe was trying to hard trying to impress, once he scored he seemed to settle down and enjoy his game.
