Jamie Jellis signs

In the same way you think you are right (y)

I think you are wrong. We can agree to disagree

Agree. But that’s not the same as ā€˜proven’

Well, I hope Liverpool check this thread now that Klopp is leaving Anfield, gotta couple of replacement options it seems.

I think they need to get a room instead of ā€œdiscussing somethingā€ that is not the title of this thread

Bonser Hotel tactics suite should do, it’s got a projector and laser pen for presentations.

Yeah cos it’s not like every single thread ever, ever deviates or evolves is it?

At least we constructively debated football and the midfield area that jellis plays….

I’ve lived and worked in Tamworth nearly 20 years now and the Tamworth fans are absolutely gutted he has left albeit they fully understand why. From what I’ve been told Jellis is a box to box midfielder with an unbelievable work rate. I’m not sure id consider any of our midfielders as box to box so hopefully he is a new dimension to the squad.

Hopefully he’s ready for the step up then mate sounds promising although I’d say he’s one for next season :+1:

Jellis soundes more like a mantom / Edwards/ evans type that a kinsella or a hutch
We have missed having a quality box to box midfielder all season

There seems to be this myth developing that somewhere I’ve said he wont play for 18months / 2 years.

What I’ve actually said is I don’t see him making an IMPACT on the starting 11 :-

This season - if we are in the play off hunt.

Next season if we are in League 1.

Or next season if we remain in league two but throw a huge budget at promotion.

UNLESS :-

We have a glut of injuries to Hutch / Earing / Stirk / Comley / Tierney

Or we lose someone in the transfer window - most likely was Hutch or Tierney returning early to Motherwell. Neither of which look like happening.

I think he’s a player with some potential. But he’s not RAMs age which I consider real potential and he’s only 8 months younger than Hutch who has 150 games under his belt.

Draper came here and done it left experienced strikers sitting on the bench .

Think you’ve covered everything there .

Know a few Rushall fans they reckon he’s the best midfielder they’ve seen at that level this season but like some have said it’s a big step up for the lad.

It is but there were people on here saying similar about Draper that he’d be second even third choice just like Jellis now he’s playing league one football .then they have to furiously back peddle when proven wrong .its all very entertaining
