I have to say I thought Folarin had fantastic pace and was impressive.

Looked like we played 4-1-4-1 to me. Given the ā8ā, ā10ā & ā9ā were Stirk, comley and DJT I am actually quite optimistic because when players who are specialists in those positions become available Iām fairly confident we will score and win these sort of games.

Itās only hypothetical but given what you said there, how then would fans feel if players decided they werenāt happy with that and made no attempt to applaud fans post match? Do they have the same right to show displeasure with how the fans react to their efforts?
I mean we are all in agreement that the players, even those we donāt rate, are without exception working as hard as they can arenāt we?
Isnt that what most fans would say āis all they ask forā?

No. I said this season was a WIP and all the evidence suggests that is correct. I know that doesnāt fit with your 30 second attention span.

I can understand some fans arenāt happy with it, but thereās no point getting upset when itās clear thereās not the plan to push for promotion this season.

Youāre making up your own low bar because you went big on anyone that said our moves in the summer were underwhelming, and that this season was looking the same as all the other piss poor ones weāve had at this level, and are now scrambling to justify it.

I guess it depends if you think thereās a long term plan or not. We could be having the same conversation in 12 months if there isnāt.

He has said many times the aim is to be a top end league one club pushing for promotion to the championship.
Iād imagine part of that strategy would be to get out of league two first.

I said moves, not transfers. That includes giving the job to a rookie coach that was part of the old regime and not changing anything at board level in terms of the footballing structure, or scouting department. And Iām sure you defended some of them but ok.

Personally Iām still happy with Sadler, but can accept others arenāt.
