I think the focus at Barrow was on getting Gordon in the right part of the pitch and supplying him with scoring opportunities.

Iād love a fully fit Jamma firing for us next season. But he was off it all last season and some of this.
Overall - was the Jamma signing a success? Like I say I love the fit player. Think heās a greater leader and captain. But despite this Walsall have to think seriously about him being here next season.
We should go for Faal - lots of potential there but not sure if weāll get him.
Interesting a lot of folk seem to think Hutch might be off. If thatās true then surely clubs will be looking at Liam Gordon too?

I think the signing made total sense at the time .
What happened since is utterly bizarre and the fact we have been given no explanation does not sit well at all with many .
In the first half of the season , with Draper playing so well , ok there was justification. But when we are forced to watch , week in week out , Josh Gordon and DJT literally unable to finish their dinner but be absolutely immovable whilst DJ just sits there , it becomes offensive .
Faal and Matt do offer some goal threat but they have also missed chances galore so again why are they ALWAYS ahead of DJ ?
For some good work Sadler has done , this for me absolutely stinks

I said weeks ago that Iād be shocked if Gordon or Hutch had signed contract extensions that didnāt have healthy release clauses for league 1 or champ clubs so donāt be expecting any big fees.
But also donāt believe nonsense spouted by trouble makers that hedge their bets by putting everyoneās suspicions into sentences that say āwill beā, āare goingā or āhave already agreedā because out simply at this stage that doesnāt apply to anyone who is in contract beyond the end of this season.

You get rid of a few, as they arenāt good enough.
Referring to a 16 goal season at Barrow. Completely different team with a completely different style of play.He will never get that amount of goals the way we set up to play. So if an agreement is in place, it will be a waste of money. Just my opinion of course.

Just feels like Iāve said previously, it was a signing made to sell season tickets. Definitely doesnāt feel like a Sadler signing!!. Guess weāll know in a few weeks when heās transfer listed. Shame really the way things have panned out.

As a pedant I wish to point out it was a 15 goal season, all scored in the League. He scored 22 in total across his 2 seasons there.

I am struggling to pinpoint exactly when the ball was played because I canāt get the screen to go big enough. I think I got it though, the angle isnāt the best but if I had to say it looks just offside to me.

Hard to say for sure because of the angle but I reckon that he is just off, very close though, are forwards still supposed to get the benefit of the doubt?
Clutching at straws with this offside, if he didnāt fluff his other chances it wouldnāt be an issue.
Looking at the markings, their guy on the right of the picture plays him on.

Is Foulkes considered active? I have no idea with the rule changes and how much the FA have missed the offside law up.
Looks marginal - but looks on with their left back playing Gordon on. Foulkes looks off though.
I wonder if Foulkes position occluded their left back from view ? Take their left back out and Gordon is off I think.
Absolutely not, heās probably 20+ yards away from where the ball is played into.
And the resulting free kick was taken by the keeper in the box, so it was Gordon that was deemed to be offside.

More I watch it back - I think itās this
