Luton Town (A) 20th October, 3pm

Headed it low into the ground and bounced up looking like it was just going over but their keeper got a hand on it.

Luton Town substitution (injury) near half-time.

Jordy Hiwula-Mayifuila just got one for cov……… Come on lads we need a goal or 3… Cooke next please.

Midfields not working for me, some games seem to suit Kinsella more than others. Osbourne may have been better in there today. But to be honest we’re lumping it over the midfield anyway but we’re just not breaking up play in midfield like we usually do. Luton don’t make many mistakes and even when they do make a wayward pass it always seems to find another Luton player. We need to come out with a lot more confidence and go at them more. I’d certainly get Morris on in the second half.

Not in it, especially first 20 minutes. At least it’s only 1.0

Charlton Athletic 2 Barnsley 0 (51 min)

Another player poleaxed by a ball in the face, this time a Luton player doing it to one of their own.

2-0 down now (54 min) :unamused::unamused:

Just before that, a yellow card for Guthrie

Sloppies 0 Sunderland 1 (59 min)

We’ve come out playing the same so it was bound to happen.

I’d have Morris on for Zeli, he just keeps giving the ball away allowing Luton to attack.

BBC give the attendance as 895 !!!

Walsall substitution, 60 minutes … (double)

Southend equalise at home to Coventry … 1-1 now

Doncaster Rovers back on level terms at home to Gillingham … 2-2 now

Ronan and Wilson on for Zeli and Devlin. 3 man midfield.

Starting to look a bit brighter now.

Probably because Luton are sitting back a bit? (sorry…)

Southend Utd red card 78 min - might help us for Tuesday!!

Luton’s 2nd substitution (79 min)

Plenty for our new defender/coach to mull over…

Attendance now declared as 8,953

Sloppies 0 Sunderland 2

Walsall’s 3rd substitution, 82 min … Josh Gordon on for Ginnelly

Bradford City 0 Rochdale 1 (84 min)

Doncaster Rovers 3 Gillingham 3 (91 min)

Southend Utd 1 Coventry City 2 (90 min)

Final score 2-0, and our unbeaten away record well and truly gone. Over the 90 minutes we managed only 2 attempts on target… and even if we win our “game in hand” we will still be outside the play-offs!

Sounds like we were well beaten…interesting to see how we respond on Tuesday. UTS

More importantly did DD wave ?

Regrettably, I withdraw those thanks.
Total cack.

Well beaten by a better side. At no point did we ever look like getting back into it. Disappointing fare.

Oh well. Win the next two and it’s all good again. UTS
