Tomorrow isn’t it?
Agree, I thought he’d have been good enou to establish himself as a premier player but it seems not.
Glad it’s postponed didn’t fancy watching it in this weather, was expecting three points today on my Birthday never mind I’ll have three pints instead.
It gets other teams to the same games played as us, so we can see the table a bit clearer. Probably won’t make great viewing at 5pm though.
Been looking forward to it all week!
Today mate BBC one
Disappointed!
Looks like I am going to be roped in to make marmalade instead.
Doesn’t surprise me too much - weather is atrocious. Not too disappointed as Mansfield are on a roll at the mo so maybe better playing them after a few defeats. Also, a few players may be distracted by transfer talk and we are ahead of most teams in games played.
I mean, it’s rained a bit this morning but it’s been pretty dry all week? Seems strange.
I do believe your not far from me in pelsall it was either you or @Worsul4eva that said it the other week I can’t remember now but I thought the same just whilst looking out onto the back garden lawn it really hasn’t been that bad in my opinion, have we seen any photos of the pitch anywhere does anyone know?
Very early call, too. We have a great record of getting games on.
It was me, from those power cuts the other week.
I mean it’s rained this morning but nothing pitch covers, heating and drainage shouldn’t sort. With the training ground ■■■■■■ as well it does seem a bit Mickey Mouse.
Guessing Covid and restrictions has allowed them to call it off without an inspection, which should be the process.
That’s the baby I knew it was for something I’ve slept since mate lockdowns frazzled my Brain Cells the ones I had got anyway
No, for weather, a game can only be called off by the either the match ref, or a local ref if its say called off the day before
A club can’t just call a game off, even if the pitch appears 100% unplayable.
Ye I know that’s the rule but I wonder if that has been followed with the latest restrictions. I can’t believe for one minute the pitch was under water a few hours ago.
Good little interview with Dean Smith on soccer Saturday cracking bloke loved it when he was in charge
Plenty of games across the country have been postponed due to waterlogged pitches, including Blackburn Rovers whose facilities are more or less Premier league standard.
Walsall game gets postponed so it has to be someone’s fault.
The desperate need to knock the club at any opportunity seems to be some posters only contribution to this site.
Can’t be referring to me there, I’ve been a fan of Pomlett and actually defended Mole and Gamble lately.
I’d still expect a pub game never mind a league fixture to be going ahead today.
