Earned respect is perhaps the best way to sum it up. Trivella have done this. So has Sadler.
From my point of view I’m not against MS being our manager and I’m not against Trivella owning Walsall football club. I’m not against a new deal just timing and optics as posted above.
Suggesting it’s glass half empty or overly negative for seeing the potential pitfalls in certain decisions isn’t fair especially when they are entirely plausible and possible.
We could all identify points over the last 30 years where things reached a boiling point and the pressure was on Bonser & Co … and it soon dissipated with a good run / manager / season. As people on here just want to be happy. It mirrors the attitude under Jeff. It didn’t change what Jeff did, it just took the heat off him till next time. So while we high5 trivella and commit to a happily ever after remember - the MULTICLUB MODEL should still be viewed with scepticism until the day it ends. It’s not our happily ever after.
