Been out all day and just got back home so hoped to read that we had signed someone.
I suppose I’m just being silly, after all it’s not as though the squad is threadbare in the striker department.

A smallish squad wouldn’t bother me if we didn’t have as many injuries as we seem to pick up, although hardly surprising given the high intensity running low possession based game we seem to have adopted. I think the starting XI is pretty good for this level but still feel we’re lacking a deep enough squad to make a real fight of it for promotion. Defence possibly excluded from that.
