Progress update. 8th by ppg, hopefully Crawley fall a bit with their next two games and we can pick up some wins. Sorry if errors etc. Mid table lines and relegation lines are from previous seasons I need to update it to match the ppg just haven’t got round to it

It’s a funny definition of excellent he’s got. I stand by that I didn’t think our performance was great, but I didn’t think theirs was either by any stretch. Probably should have scored first half but other than that they didn’t create much at all. Defensively I thought they were there for the taking and we got ourselves together just in time to take advantage of it. Overly physical and easily triggered too.

I think Gensanx is typical of a certain football fan in that he hasn’t moved with the times.
When Smith took over some Walsall fans were unhappy because we weren’t direct enough at attacking. They hadn’t learnt to enjoy watching us just have the ball.
Now football has evolved to another stage and some need to learn to enjoy watching us without the ball. Tough to accept I know

Good result still struggle why saddler goes for DJT over DJ, as DJT might be ok playing for Rushall but hes not a league 1/2 player.

Edit: sorry I get it. You’re saying football has moved on from possession based football. I think Liverpool, City and Arsenal would all disagree with that but there we are.
The half time crossbar challenge was unreal. The army guy hits the crossbar, then the media guy then Swifty. They could try that a hundred times again and it would’nt happen surely and they werent even wearing football boots!! Great entertainment for those of us that wernt in the bar

Today was a must win game and we did, it wasn’t pretty it wasn’t free flowing but the points are ours and ultimately that’s all that matters.
I thought we were on the whole quiet poor but here we are still in with a good chance of getting a playoff spot and our season is alive.
The only criticism for me was DJT coming on ahead of DJ. The crowd certainly made their feelings known on the matter.
I loved the moment at the end when DJ went over to what I presume was his little one and had a cuddle.
We needed to put Friday behind us and even though we looked poor we won and that’ll do for me.

Yes, it’s not clear cut, just saying to play without possession is a valid approach
Not just sad in a lot of cases.
What they found was that men were far more likely to become trolls. They had higher levels of psychopathy and sadism, which is what ultimately predicted trolling.
Interesting read, but as the researchers say, it’s by definition very difficult to draw an accurate and full picture.
