W 3-1 vs Wrexham (H) - League Two - Fri 29th Dec, 7:45pm

That was a throwback performance , I haven’t seen that level of desire for a long time .

And we looked confident on the ball . At last .

Some lovely lovely stuff going forward , quick , decisive attacking football .

Brilliant .

Got to say Sadler has pulled one out the bag tonight

No Stirk: I was fearing the worse and the midfield was immense

No Mcentee and Dave played probably his best game in a Walsall shirt

When DJT came on I had a mini fit on the chances for the second half but he ran them down and rushed their defenders

When Allen came on I was wondering what was going through his head, he has hardly played and but ran his socks off and made the Wrexham midfield look like they were stuck in mud.

I don’t mind sitting in Bescot carpark for another 20 mins after a performance like that.

Like others have mentioned Comley probably deserved MOTM

Fair play, cracking performance and the prospect of further investment in the January window is reason for optimism. Fans were brilliant. Jack Earing btw, some player.

That was the best I’ve seen us play football in years . maybe even since smith absolutely brilliant proper football
Just wow that’s what we can really do

I have given Sadler some stick, but I have just witnessed the best team based on 90 minutes that I have seen all season and it was us, my team.
UTS…you can stick your ferkin Disney up your ar$e for me, we have just made them look ordinary.
January is a big month now if we lose Draper he was immense tonight.

With all fully fit , the options in midfield are now very very strong .

Certainly in the last 6 years.

Watched multiple times on ifollow and he was onside.

We ran them ragged at times in that second half. So many options for the man on the ball and generally we used them well. They just couldn’t cope at times.

IMHO, that was the best performance of the season. We never let up, we had our foot on their necks and wouldn’t let them up.
Superb free kick by Hutch to put us (and keep us) ahead and a tap in by Allen to seal the win.
An excellent crowd who were fully behind us from the kick off to the final whistle. If I were to pick the best player it would frankly be a disservice to the other 10 in a red shirt, that’s how good everyone was tonight.
We have to be brimming with confidence for the Grimsby game on Monday, if this Walsall team shows up we will bring home three points.

Best performance for some time and although they had chances we were by far the better side.If you’d have offered me 6 points before the last two home games I’d have laughed at you and ran with them but the last two games we have played have been the best I’ve seen us for some time especially tonight.

I don’t think it’s underrated, I think he’s put in good performances few and far between. Including tonight, which was exceptional

Good performance . Earing made such a difference.allowing Comley to play in his best position . However they all played well and deserved the win.

Was hoping for a draw there, just to keep their, Swindon, fans on the boil, oh well …

A Brilliant team performance, let’s kick on now. You can stick Disney up your a*** indeed.

Even more fun when they are a class team Aswell

Not too sure where that came from. Still in a state of shock!
Possibly our best performance since we got relegated to League 2.

A couple of wobbles from Smith in the 1st half.
I though Matt’s missed header might come back to haunt us, but 13 outstanding performances.
Not sure where Sadler got the formation from and the idea to free the centre backs (Daniels and Okagbue) to roam forward, but it’s putting pressure on the opposition’s midfield and defence.

My MoM was Comley.
