At least it should be part of his job. You never know in this business, who will be available on some flash deal, or who will be injured/suspended for some time. So having plans from B to, i don’t know, S or T, always help. But maybe I’m too harsh, he started a few months ago, so it’s still some kind of protection active.
Or, if you don’t have plan A, you don’t need plans with other letters. That’s kind of a lifehack :wink:
